Refund policy

Home & Whisker sells digital download products. Because digital files are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products due to:

• change of mind

• accidental purchase

• not having access to a printer

• not reading the product description before purchase

• purchasing the wrong item

If you have trouble accessing your download, opening your ZIP file, or receiving your files after purchase, please contact us at hello@homeandwhisker.com and we’ll help you access your order.

If you believe there is a problem with your file or you received the wrong download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
