Products and Digital Downloads
Home & Whisker sells digital download products, including printable and digital-use pet and home handoff tools.
Unless otherwise stated, our products are digital files only. No physical product will be shipped.
After purchase, your files may be delivered by email, download link, order status page, or another digital delivery method. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files after purchase.
We may update, revise, or discontinue products at any time.
Personal Use License
When you purchase a Home & Whisker digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal household use.

share a completed copy with a sitter, friend, family member, neighbor, or trusted helper for your own pet or home care arrangement

All Home & Whisker digital products, templates, designs, written content, branding, and related materials remain the property of Home & Whisker.
Product Use and Responsibility
Home & Whisker products are designed to help organize pet and home care information for everyday handoffs. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, legal, emergency, safety, or home security advice.
You are responsible for reviewing, completing, and updating the information you provide in your files. You are also responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to share with a sitter or helper.
We are not responsible for missed, incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misunderstood information entered by the customer.
Orders, Payment, and Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, cancel orders, or refuse service when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, technical issues, or misuse of our products.
Payment must be completed before digital files are delivered.
Download Access
Digital files are delivered electronically. Download access may be limited by number of downloads, time period, technical settings, or platform limitations.
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at hello@homeandwhisker.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly after purchase.
Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads that can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once files have been delivered.
